Green Gulch
Farm and Retreat Center is located just North of the Golden Gate Bridge in a
spectacular coastal valley. It is surrounded by hundreds of acres of National
Parkland (including Muir Woods) and just a short 20-minute hike to the beach.
It’s a perfect location for a yoga retreat. As a traditional Zen Buddhist
practice center, and organic farm, the atmosphere is peaceful and serene.
The Retreat begins on Friday afternoon (dinner included) and ends early Monday
afternoon.
Your price includes: 3 nights accommodations, 6 yoga classes, and
organic vegetarian meals.

About Your Instructor
Sandy Morrow has been practicing yoga since
1996. She has four yoga certifications and is finishing the
Advanced Studies Program at the Yoga Room in Berkeley. She
is a member of the California Yoga Teachers Association.
Her background in dance adds to her unique
style of teaching where she blends movement and breath while
focusing on detail. Her teaching style is fun and
accepting, a bit challenging at times, and very
educational.
Her passion for teaching comes from her 18
years of experience in the Human Resources Training and
Development field. She has been teaching yoga since 1998 at
various yoga studios and fitness clubs throughout the East
Bay.
A deposit of $250 holds your space. The
balance is due by June 25, 2006 (Note: if registering as an
individual, a roommate will be assigned.) Register by April 10, 2006 and receive a 1 hour private yoga session
($50 value).
