about eating delicious, nourishing food, surrounding
yourself with positive energy, people with like-interests,
deepening your yoga practice, and rejuvenating your body,
mind and spirit?
Come
and join us on a truly magical retreat! Trocones is located
just 20 miles North from the beautiful village of
Zihuatanejo. We will stay the beautiful beach resort,
Hacienda Eden (www.edenmex.com).
Oceanfront rooms are tastefully decorated with private baths
and sit just a few yards away from the beach. Yoga classes
will be held at two different studios—one open-air studio
overlooking the ocean and another private studio equipped
with proper props in a restorative atmosphere.
Your
trip includes 8 days, seven nights, two daily yoga classes,
and breakfast and dinner. Gourmet meals will include
seafood and vegetarian entrees. There will be plenty of
time during the day to partake in other local activities
such as surfing, swimming, bird watching, hiking, horseback
riding, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, or shopping in
Zihuatanejo. Just want to rest and relax? Then lie on the
beach read a good book, have a massage, manicure, pedicure
or take a restful nap. This will be a fantastic retreat!
Sandy
Morrow-Carmellini
has been teaching yoga since 1998. She is a graduate of the
Advanced Studies Teacher Program from the Yoga Room in
Berkeley, California and apprenticed under Donald Moyer.
Classes
are taught primarily in the Iyengar tradition, however
Sandy’s dance background adds a unique blend of movement and
breath while focusing on detail. Her classes are fun and
accepting, can be a bit challenging, always educational!
She has
held many yoga retreats over the past years in California,
Hawaii, Sedona and Italy.
Cost
for the trip: $1395
Your
retreat price includes accommodations for 8 days, 7 nights,
(double occupancy), breakfast and dinner daily, two yoga
classes a day, and transportation to and from the
Zihuatanejo Airport.
A
deposit of $395 by October 15, 2007 will hold your space.
Balance is due by January 1, 2008.

print out the registration form and mail it to us with a check.

Regarding cancellations: A $30 cancellation fee will apply
for cancellations made before January 15, 2008. After
January 15, refunds will be given only if a replacement can
be found (minus $30 cancellation fee).
